Side Dishes

  Rice Pilaf ~ Celery, onions, carrots are sautéed then mixed with pan fried rice and added to stock. Add pineapple bites for a garnish. Great along with fish, chicken or pork.
 

Twice Baked Potatoes ~ Baked potatoes are hollowed out and combined with chives, sour cream and cheese and then piped back in to the potato and baked in the oven until the top is golden brown.

 

Grilled vegetables ~ A combination of vegetables ranging from artichoke to zucchini with every thing in between including ; squash, green beans, carrots, onion, broccoli, cauliflower and the list goes on. These are also great sautéed in white wine with a touch of garlic.

Salads ~ We do them all fantastically, from garden green to pasta to chicken or potatoes nothing comes close to a freshly made salad.
